How To Make Mini Sweet Potato Pies

- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Boil the diced sweet potatoes until tender, then drain and mash them in a mixing bowl.
