How To Make Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 apples, cored and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork chops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
