How To Make Praline Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the sliced sweet potatoes in a greased baking dish.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, melted butter, chopped pecans, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

  4. Sprinkle the praline mixture evenly over the sweet potatoes.

  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and the topping is golden brown.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
